Sano or Sesbania is the marginal plant usually seen decades ago beside swamps or canals in Thailand. People like eating it’s yellow flower with chilli sauce, but it’s also a delicious dessert material. Khanom Dok Sano is made of steamed sesbania mixed with glutinous & arrowroot flours, sugar, salt, coconut milk and grated coconut. It’s touch is soft, it’s taste is tender, you can add more sugar and coconut for more sweetness and crispy.
