What is Yokat?

Yokat derives from “Yokai + cat”. Yokai (Japanese: 妖怪 Yōkai) is a type of supernatural being, which means a ghost or spirit in Japanese folklore. Presenting a picture of a yokai in the shape of a human and with the head of a cat. It’s a transformation into a half-human, half-animal form.

The history of Yokat

Yokat is a demon created by human fear. They become more powerful and stronger if humans show more and more fear. A cat is the main spirit of Yokat, and it doesn’t have a fixed form, it has the unique ability to transform its appearance into things that are scared by human beings.
