A Commander is a specially trained pilot of the Mothership, with one or more piloting licenses for the corresponding type of ship. Commanders come in 4 classes (Military, Pirate, Explorer, and Trader) and have from 2 to 5 skills that can be decisive in battle, trade, or space exploration.
